Bag packing machine RM - 55 HAI
RADPAK Fabryka Maszyn Pakujących Sp. z o.o.
A novelty in the RM-55 HAI machine is a pre-prepared bag made of a foil sleeve, and the mechanism for cutting off the appropriate length of the sleeve prepares the bag for sealing the bottom. A new impulse sealing system has been used in the machine, which ensures high efficiency and repeatable quality of the welded joint. The sealing system is based on a pulse sealing process with sensorless temperature control for optimal sealing results. To further increase the efficiency of the machine, a fluid temperature regulator has been used, which cools the seal while forming the bag. Due to the high weight of the roll (200 kg), a hydraulic system has been used for the automatic unwinder of the foil sleeve.

Robotic palletising systems
ŁUKASIEWICZ Research Network
PIAP Industrial Research Institut
Each robotic palletising system is different and requires a specific approach. Our projects combine our experience and an innovative approach to designing and implementing a unique, individual solution dedicated to the requirements and guidelines of the Ordering Party and the changing needs on the market. An above-standard task that requires an individual approach, the involvement of specialists in many fields, conducting tests and research is an area in which Łukasiewicz – PIAP particularly strongly supports manufacturers by implementing solutions whose development and implementation require knowledge, experience and courage in moving technological barriers far beyond the current horizon of available robotisation. Cooperation – with scientists in international projects, with enterprises in a wide range of industrial implementations – guarantees both access to modern knowledge and experience of the best engineering practice of innovative solutions used in production. By creating dedicated solutions that improve production in terms of productivity and quality, we drive innovation in your companies.
