Exhibitor Structure at TAROPAK 2026. Technology, Packaging and Automation in One Place

Share

TAROPAK 2026 brought together companies representing every stage of the packaging process – from materials and packaging, through machinery and technology, to labeling, automation and logistics.

An analysis of this year's exhibitor structure clearly shows the technological and business character of the event, as well as a strong representation of the Polish market.

Strong representation of Polish companies

One of the most distinctive features of this year's exhibition was the high share of domestic companies. 82.9% of exhibitors were companies from Poland, while 17.1% represented foreign markets.

The international part of the exhibition was made up of companies from the Czech Republic, Germany, China, the Netherlands and Lithuania. This allowed TAROPAK to combine a broad representation of the Polish industry with solutions and technologies offered by foreign suppliers.

From raw material to a complete packaging process

The strength of this year's TAROPAK lay above all in the diversity of its offering within one specialized area. Exhibitors included manufacturers and suppliers of packaging machinery and technology, packaging and packaging materials, labeling, printing and marking systems, as well as solutions related to automation, robotics, transport and intralogistics.

This meant that visitors could look at the packaging process comprehensively – not through the lens of a single product or device, but as an entire technological chain:

material → packaging → machine → packing → marking → automation → logistics

This exhibition profile responds to the needs of companies looking not only for new products, but above all for ways to streamline processes, increase efficiency and further automate production.

Technology at the center of the exhibition

An analysis of the exhibitor profile also reveals the strongly industrial character of the event. A significant part of the offering consisted of solutions designed directly for production plants – packaging machines, marking and labeling systems, equipment supporting production processes, automation and robotics.

Alongside technology, packaging and packaging materials remained an important part of the exhibition. This allows TAROPAK to bring together two areas that are increasingly difficult to consider separately: the development of packaging itself and the optimization of the process in which it is used.

Packaging facing new challenges

The exhibitor structure also reflected solutions responding to one of the key directions of change in the industry – more efficient use of materials and the development of solutions supporting the circular economy.

New materials, reduced material consumption, process optimization and recovery-related solutions show that the development of packaging technology increasingly means pursuing operational efficiency and more sustainable production models at the same time.

TAROPAK – the entire packaging chain in one place

The structure of this year's edition clearly illustrates TAROPAK's specialization. It is a space where packaging manufacturers, suppliers of materials, machinery and technology, labeling and marking companies, and suppliers of automation and logistics solutions all come together.

The common denominator remains a specific process and a specific business need: how to pack faster, more efficiently, more modernly, and with the use of technologies that respond to changing market requirements.

TAROPAK 2026 thus showcased not isolated elements, but the entire ecosystem of modern packaging.
